DIY Taco Seasoning Mix

June 20, 2012 by Melanie Zook

You might not have a packet of taco seasoning on hand, or you may just want to avoid some of the additives, such as MSG. To make it, mix up a blend of spices you probably already have. Store your DIY taco seasoning mix in your pantry or spice cabinet in an airtight jar.

We made this recipe on the Charlotte Today show.  And it was featured in the Meal Makeover Mom’s Beef & Bean Taco Bundles and on their podcast #217 interviewing me about all things DIY in the kitchen!
